Upper Wicklow: Settlement on W side Saint John River, 3 mi. NW of Wicklow, on the road to River de Chute: Wicklow Parish, Carleton County: PO 1853-1912: in 1866 it was a farming settlement with 40 families: in 1871 it had a population of 200: in 1898 it had 1 store and a population of 100: today it is a dispersed community.

Urney: Settlement, 2 mi. E of Picadilly and 3 mi. N of Waterford: Waterford Parish, Kings County: PO 1887-1917: in 1898 Urney was a farming settlement with 1 post office, 1 church and a population of 75: today Urney is a dispersed community.
