They came to NB in 1830 and settled in Saint John. children: 1) William Cochrane born 1813, died 3 Jan 1850 2) Eleanor Cochrane b. c1814 in Ireland, d. 12 Dec 1897, married 11 Nov 1839 James Lemon b. c1814 in Ireland, d. 16 Jul 1886: settled in Saint John: had issue. 3) Jane Cochrane b. 7 May 1817, d. 30 Jun 1887, m. 24 Dec 1846 Daniel Melvin b. 1 Mar 1807, died 17 Mar 1887 4) James Cochrane born 1818 5) John Cochrane b. 1825 6) Sarah Ann Cochrane b. 24 Feb 1826, d. 4 Oct 1912 7) Hamilton Cochrane b. 1 May 1828, died 3 Mar 1898, m. 28 Sep 1854 Margaret Kelly born 1831, d. 27 Oct 1866 8) Rebecca Cochrane b. 1833, d. 5 Apr 1853 9) Henry Cochrane b. 1834.
