Fredericton: Thomas Carleton, born in County Tyrone, Ireland, a Colonel of the British 29th Regiment in the American Revolutionary War and appointed New Brunswick's first Governor in 1784. Thomas was the younger brother of Sir Guy Carleton, Lord Dorchester.

CROZIER:

Thomas Crozier born in Ireland. He came to NB as a young man, settled in Saint John and married Nancy Anderson of NS. They had a son, Robert Graham Crozier, b. 1833 in Saint John. They settled first in Saint John, then in Alma, Albert County where he died 29 Apr 1881: had a large family.
